Call these gatherings Mobile Faith Campfires—places where people can belong before they believe, ask honest questions, and encounter God without pressure. Finish line: Hold one complete Campfire gathering and capture what worked, what people experienced, and what should improve.

Turn the first gathering into a dependable community rhythm rather than a one-time event. Finish line: Host six monthly Mobile Faith Campfires in a row, with a simple repeatable format and a growing team of volunteers

Gather people who share the vision and can help carry it. The team might include people responsible for hospitality, food, worship, prayer, games, technology, setup, safety, storytelling, and follow-up. Finish line: Form a committed core team of at least 10 people, each with a clear role.

Create short, honest episodes featuring testimonies, conversations, prayers, songs, teachings, and stories from the road. The goal is not polished perfection. It is showing what faith looks like in real life. Finish line: Publish 25 episodes or story-based videos across Mobile Faith’s main channels

Develop the musical voice of Mobile Faith through songs about faith, struggle, hope, healing, community, and life on the journey. Finish line: Write 10 original songs, perform all 10 at Campfires, and professionally release at least three.

Take the completed RV to several communities and partner with local churches, ministries, musicians, camps, or community leaders. Finish line: Complete a journey with at least five stops and hold a Campfire gathering at every stop.

Build a lasting library of content that encourages people and documents the unfolding mission. Help trusted people in other places host Campfires using the same heart and a simple Mobile Faith gathering guide. These should not feel like franchises or overly programmed events. Each gathering can reflect its own community while maintaining the core values of welcome, honesty, worship, prayer, food, and fun. Finish line: Ten communities have each hosted at least three Mobile Faith Campfires.
